Customer Care Specialist
 
Responsibilities

  • Priority management of Customer order process, complaints and/or disputes with possible issuance of correction notes, monitoring and resolution of electronic invoice rejection outcomes
  • Reporting to Customers on orders, proofs of delivery and invoicing 
  • After-sales support: effective interaction with Customers with taking care of requests and timely resolution of issues in order to ensure Superior Customer Experience
  • Support logistics activities: remote warehouse loading and unloading activities, coordination with production for goods arrival planning and missing product tracking, physical inventory activities. 

 
Requirements

  • At least 4 years' experience in similar roles. Background from the biomedical or high-tech industry in structured companies is a requirement
  • Established skills and knowledge of the entire order management flow, returns and invoicing, as well as management of logistics procedures
  • Customer orientation: competence and proactivity in managing relationships with Customers (Public Administrations, Pharmacies, Orthopedics and Wholesalers, End Users for home deliveries)
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills 
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Windows package, with particular reference to the advanced use of Excel 
  • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English language
