Technology Services Knowledge Manager (m/f/d)

The Service Knowledge Manager (m/f/d) is part of the global Customer Service & Success organization and is based in Bensheim. This role plays a critical role in managing service knowledge across the global internal Service organization and our external service partners. The person we are looking for ensures that issues on our Equipment could be solved quickly with the help of available service knowledge, which results in faster time to repair and a higher customer satisfaction.

 

Your Responsibilities:

Building, managing, structuring and scaling a service knowledge management system to provide service staff with access to accurate answers and important information to help our customers.

Collection and structured preparation of knowledge on our solutions, services and other relevant content from internal service staff, suppliers and external service providers as well as through customer feedback

Development of a strategy for the distribution of knowledge through a service CRM system.

Develop appropriate processes to collect and distribute service knowledge.

Regular consultation with our support team to identify and centralize the relevant needs.

Work in a role of high visibility and with high impact towards successful customer satisfaction and business growth.

 

 

Your Profile:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, mechanical engineering, bioinformatics, information technology or a relevant field.
  • Several years professional experience with demonstrated success in knowledge or information management
  • International work experience
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and achieving exceptional results, experience in service and agile development environment is a plus
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and relationship building skills
  • Experience with Knowledge Management Systems
  • Strong organizational & strategic thinking and engagement in corresponding discussions and decisions
  • Well-organized and efficient, combined with hands-on mentality
  • High level of engagement, transparency & accountability
  • Fluency in English, German is a plus
  • Willingness to travel globally (per business needs)
