Technischen Administrator (m/w/d) Kalibrierlabor 

Wir suchen eine/n erfahrene/n und talentierte/n Technischen Administrator (m/w/d) Kalibrierlabor zur Verstärkung unseres Teams.

 

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

 

  • Durchführung von Kalibriertätigkeiten:
    • Kalibrierung von Messgeräten für elektrische-, pneumatische, mechanische- und Sonder- Messgrößen
    • Beurteilung, Begutachtung und Instandsetzung von Mess- und Prüfmitteln
    • Notwendige Justierung an Mess- und Prüfmitteln durchführen und dokumentieren
    • Anwendung von Normen, Regelwerken und Kalibrierrichtlinien
    • Erstellung von Kalibrierprogrammen und Kalibrieranweisungen
    • Durchführung von Toleranz- und Messunsicherheitsberechnungen
    • Stammdatenpflege und Aktualisierung von Mess- und Prüfmitteln in der Messmittelverwaltungsdatenbank (CALVIN)

 

  • Aktive Mitgestaltung, Weiterentwicklung und Dokumentation abteilungsinterner Prozesse sowie die Überführung in digitale Abläufe:
    • Aktualisierung von Prozessbeschreibungen, Arbeitsanweisungen und Vorlagen
    • Betreuung und Optimierung vorhandener IT-Systeme
    • Validierung genutzter Prozess-Software
    • Wahrnehmung der Key-User Funktion

 

  • Ausführung von Aktivitäten im ERP-System
    • Anlage von Bestellungen 
    • Erstelllung von Versandanweisungen 

 

  • Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Prozesspartnern:
    • Enge Kooperation mit angrenzenden Bereichen wie Produktion, Prüfgerätebau, Prozess- und Prüfplanung, weiteren Fachabteilungen und externen Partnern
    • Unterstützung von QMS-Audits am Standort Bensheim
  •  
  • Wahrnehmung der Zusatzfunktion Strahlenschutzbeauftragter für einen Teilbereich (sofern über QMS-Rollenmatrix zugewiesen):
    • Leckstrahlmessungen und Abnahmemessungen an Röntgenprüfeinrichtungen durchführen.
    • Einhaltung des Strahlenschutzes nach StrlSchG und StrlSchV

 

Ihr Profil:

 

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Industrieelektroniker, Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  •  Idealerweise einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Vorausgehende Tätigkeiten mit Anwendung elektrischer und mechanischer Messgeräte
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis und gute Feinmotorik
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP
  • Erste Berührungspunkte mit Datenbanken wünschenswert
  • Ehrgeiz und Dynamik, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit
  • Selbständiges, strukturiertes, ziel- und teamorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Dienstleistungsorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Idealerweise Fachkunde im Strahlenschutz nach R6.1 und S2
