The Technical Service Content Creator (m/f/d) is responsible for the independent conceptualization, coordination, and production of digital technical service content and training videos on the topics of installation, service, and maintenance for our devices and cloud-based products. The role works closely with internal technical experts from our technical teams, prepares content tailored to target groups such as technicians and customers, and is responsible for the entire content process—from planning and video production to publication on Dentsply Sirona service platforms.

 

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Creation and continuous updating of digital service and support content (e.g. how-to videos, tutorials, etc.)
  • Editorial preparation of complex technical or specialist content in clear and easy-to-understand language
  • Content production using AI tools such as Synthesia, HeyGen, Descript Voiceover, or Camtasia
  • Close collaboration with service departments, product management, technical support, and technical training
  • Ensuring consistency, quality, and clarity of all content
  • Analysis of user feedback and service KPIs to continuously optimize content
  • Supporting the launch of new products or services through appropriate content formats
  • Compliance with brand, language, and documentation guidelines

 

 

Profile:

  • Degree in media and communication studies (media production, media design, or digital media) or comparable education/training
  • Experience in creating service, support, or technical content
  • Ideally initial experience in didactics and training concept development
  • Strong affinity for digital AI content creation tools
  • Basic technical understanding or the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
  • Structured, independent, and user-oriented way of working
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Ability to communicate effectively for different target groups
