This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Professional to join our In-house Centre of Excellence (CoE) Talent Acquisition EMEA as Talent Acquisition Partner. The position has a strong focus on roles within the technical and digital field within Europe and will be office based in Bensheim, Hesse and we can offer a hybrid option.
Talent Acquisition Partner / IT (m/f/d)
Your role:
- You will lead the overall talent acquisition process for Specialist and Senior positions with a focus on roles with a technical or digital context.
- You perform sourcing and pipelining of high-quality candidate pools using social media and other networks and channels.
- You ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
- You take ownership of consulting and collaborating with Hiring Managers and HR in developing strategies that result in securing all facets of high caliber talent to meet business needs.
- You will be responsible for implementing ideas and strategies related to recruiting that contribute to the company's business results.
- You lead/contribute to projects, including evaluating best practices.
- You train HR colleagues and Hiring Managers on recruitment best practices and ATS process standards.
Your profile:
- You are educated to degree level and have several years of experience as a technical recruiter in a corporate/international environment - ideally a combination of in-house and agency or RPO recruiting.
- You have a proven track record of active sourcing, building diverse candidate pools and managing successfully recruiting processes.
- You are fluent in German and English (C1), other languages are an advantage.
- You are a true team player, have excellent communication skills, a high level of professionalism with a confident, assertive style and the tenacity to deliver results.
- You are experienced in using an applicant management system for sourcing, tracking, and managing applicants.
- You have experience with competency-based interviewing and other assessment methods.
