We are looking for an experienced and talented Chief Product Owner to join our team. This individual will be responsible for drives the strategic direction of multiple product lines and manages external collaborations to enhance market positioning. 

This is a hybrid position which requires working in the office at least one day per week.

What Will You Do - Responsibilities for Employment     

 

Main Responsibilities 

  • Define long-term product roadmaps in alignment with business objectives.  
  • Lead collaboration between cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on priorities. 
  • Make key decisions regarding product investments, resource allocation, and team scaling. 
  • Act as a liaison between executive leadership and product teams, translating high-level business goals into execution plans. 

 

Project Scope & Complexity 

  • Manages complex interdependencies between teams, products, and business units, influencing broader company strategy. 

 

Communication & Impact 

  • Works closely with C-level leadership to align products with corporate vision. Drives external partnerships and negotiations. 

 

Leadership & Growth 

  • Oversees CPOs and other product managers, mentoring them towards strategic execution. 

 

Who You Are - Qualifications 

 

Education: MS or PhD in computer science or related engineering disciplines. 

 

Years and Type of Experience:  

  • Several years of experience (ideally 8+ years). Proven track record of launching and scaling successful products. 

 

Key Skills, Knowledge & Capabilities: 

  • Deep understanding of digital businesses and software products. 

  • Strategic thinking and long-term vision in product management. 

  • Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
