We are looking for an experienced and talented Head of Configuration Management (m/f/d). This position will take on leadership responsibility for our Configuration Management as part of the R&D Operations CTS team.

 

Head of Configuration Management (m/w/d)

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Configuration Management team

  • Project responsibility within the CTS product portfolio for new product developments, changes, and phase-outs

  • Responsibility for product-related option assessments to support the strategic direction of the treatment unit product portfolio

  • Responsibility for the price list change process

  • Responsibility for maintaining marketable products in the ERP system (SAP) and webshop

  • Point of contact for Product Management and Supply Chain regarding master data and configuration changes

 

Your Profile:

  • University degree in engineering or a comparable qualification

  • Several years of professional experience in the medical technology industry

  • Several years of leadership experience and/or experience in project management

  • In-depth knowledge in the area of Connected Technology Solutions, including products and processes

  • Strong strategic, quantitative, and analytical skills

  • Team-oriented approach

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
