Global Service Product Manager Endo & EDS (m/f/d)

This is an outstanding opportunity to join us for an experienced and talented Global Service Product Manager Endo & EDS to join our fast-paced global solution management team at Dentsply Sirona’s innovation campus in Bensheim. As part of our team with a strong entrepreneurial- and ownership-driven mindset, you are in a prominent, key role responsible for shaping and driving the future of our cross-product service offerings.

This member of our team will contribute and collaborate on the continuous improvement of our customer service, technical service and after-sales offerings, “connecting the dots” across the full customer journey, including internal and external stakeholders. Your Responsibilities:

  • Management of Endodontic & Essential Dentistry Solutions service products/solutions portfolio within the global customer service organization
  • Revision of existing service products/solutions portfolio, the strategic planning of future offerings and service product roadmap
  • Market introduction and maintenance of service products and solutions
  • Regular alignment with global stakeholders of service products and solutions
  • Market observation, analysis of competitors and identification of business opportunities
  • Consolidation and evaluation of market feedback
  • Communication with our commercial organizations, dealers, dentists and other customers
  • Training and demonstration of service offerings for relevant stakeholders
  • Business case definition and modelling
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics or similar
  • 5 years of related professional experience demonstrating success in project management
  • Preferably in the medical technology industry and/or roles related to customer/technical service
  • Excellent team player & cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong conceptional, analytical and strategic thinking
  • Networking and conflict management
  • Solution-oriented and well-organized working mode
  • Ability to quickly grasp and communicate on technical topics
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (oral & written)
  • Willingness to travel globally
