Global Product Manager (f/m/d)

We are looking for an experienced and talented Global Product Manager (f/m/d) to join our team. This individual will manage our heat treatment solutions as part of a CAD/CAM workflow throughout their Product Life Cycle.

Your Responsibilities:

• Product Management for respective product through the life cycle incl. Product management related documentation.
• Drive user-centric, value creating product innovations from initial problem statement, user requirements towards end-results ready for market launch
• Understand related product in a solution context as part of a cloud based connected device ecosystem and respectively a CAD/CAM workflow
• Understand, compile, explain, prioritize user requirements and transmit them into the tool chain
• Product Voice of Customer research, user testing and stakeholder requirement analysis
• Lead subprojects within Product Life Cycle process or go to market processes
• Collaborate and consistently evolve respective roadmap, target markets, customer value proposition.
• Drive business modeling, costs and/or margins
• Trigger marketing and training concepts
• Participate in customer and sales trainings as well as exhibitions

Your Profile:

• University degree in industrial engineering and management, engineering, or life sciences.
• Several years of professional experience in technology-related field, preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or technology
• Good analytical and business skills in technology-related industries
• Strategic orientation balanced with a mindset that enables management of complex projects in a matrix organisation
• Clear and effective communication with stake holders, which span across multiple levels, socio-geographic areas and functional expertise. 
• Strong affinity for creativity and innovation
• Customer-centric mindset, design-thinking expertise a plus
• Up to 20% of travel possible
• SaaS- and IoT-experience is a plus
• Actively articulates and promotes Dentsply Sirona’s vision, mission and values.
• Consistently meets Company standards, ethics and compliance requirements.
