We are looking for an experienced and talented Chief Product Owner (m/f/d) to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and successful implementation of multiple product lines, fostering innovation, and leveraging advanced technologies such as AI, cloud solutions, and connected systems to enhance market positioning and deliver cutting-edge customer experiences.

 

Your responsibilities:

 

  • Define long-term product roadmaps in alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead collaboration between cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on priorities.
  • Make key decisions regarding product investments, resource allocation, and team scaling.
  • Act as a liaison between executive leadership and product teams, translating high-level business 
    goals into execution plans.
  • Manage complex interdependencies between teams, products, and business units, influencing broader company strategy.
  • Work closely with C-level leadership to align products with corporate vision.
  • Drive external partnerships and negotiations.
  • Oversee product owners and software engineering teams, mentoring them toward strategic execution.
  • Collaborate with other Chief Product Owners to ensure synergy and reusability of components and software building blocks for multiple products and clinical applications. 
  • Work closely with regulatory and quality teams to ensure compliance with processes and timely regulatory approvals 

 

Your Profile:

 

  • Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science or related engineering disciplines.
  • Years and Type of Experience: 8+ years with a proven track record of launching and scaling successful SW products. 
  • Deep understanding of digital businesses and software products. 
  • Strategic thinking and long-term vision in product management. 
  • Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams. 
  • Expertise in cloud technologies, AI-driven solutions, and connected systems. 
  • Strong focus on innovation and ability to integrate emerging technologies into product strategies. 
  • Experience with highly regulated medical device software development process, including compliance with relevant standards and regulatory requirements.
