SureSmile & CADCAM Sales Specialist – Western Australia

Dentsply Sirona, a global leader in digital dentistry, is seeking a SureSmile & CAD/CAM Sales Specialist to drive growth across Western Australia. This hybrid role combines new business development, strategic account management, and clinical applications support to expand adoption of SureSmile and CAD/CAM (CEREC) solutions.

About the Role

As the SureSmile & CAD/CAM Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for growing adoption of SureSmile solutions while supporting and developing CAD/CAM customers across your territory. You will work closely with clinical and commercial teams to ensure customers are successfully onboarded, trained, and supported to maximise utilisation and long-term value.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving new customer acquisition and territory growth
  • Identifying and converting orthodontic and dental practices
  • Leading onboarding and activation of new SureSmile customers
  • Growing utilisation and case volume within existing accounts
  • Delivering CAD/CAM (CEREC) applications training and workflow support
  • Building strong relationships with practice owners, clinicians, and decision-makers
  • Collaborating with Clinical Implementation and internal teams
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM reporting

This is a field-based role covering Western Australia, requiring regular travel across the territory (approximately 75%).

About You

You are a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping customers adopt innovative technology. You are comfortable working independently while collaborating with a broader team to deliver strong commercial outcomes.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in sales, territory, or account management
  • Healthcare, dental, or medical device experience preferred
  • Strong business development and prospecting capability
  • Ability to present clinical and workflow-based solutions confidently
  • Experience delivering training or customer education (desirable)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • High level of organisation and time management
  • Self-motivation and ability to manage a large territory
  • Digital aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
