What We Are Looking For - Scope of Role
We are looking for an experienced and talented Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will:
Responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions. Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery.
What Will You Do - Responsibilities for Employment
- To achieve annual sales target within assigned territory
- Develop and implement the annual business plan with the Channel partner, providing permanent support regarding to sales forecasting and reporting
- Promote and sell company products and services to current and potential clients through professional consultancy by means of presentation, training, workshop etc.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity, identify sales prospects and establish and maintain current and potential client relationships.
- Follow up on trial by end users and their feedback and assist in marketing events.
- Handle product return and customer complaints, and track customer orders and delivery.
- Propose improvement suggestions of products and services according to the changes and variations of customer needs and market.
- Other duties as assigned. Frequent travel.
Who You Are - Qualifications
Education
- College’s degree or above, preferred in stomatology related domain.
Experience
- At least 1 year relevant working experience in foreign invested companies, dental products sales experience preferred.
COMPETENCIES
- Excellent command of presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Proactive and strong willing to win.
- Logic thinking.
- Willingness to work under pressure and through significant business travel.
