Key Responsibility

  • HRBP works closely with business leaders and managers to align HR strategies with business objectives. 
  • Understand the business unit's goals, strategies, and challenges. Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business direction.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements accurately. Source, screen, and interview candidates. Ensure a diverse pool of candidates is considered.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Design and deliver training programs or source external training providers. Encourage employees to pursue continuous learning opportunities. For example, organize in house workshops on new technologies relevant to the business.
  • Act as a mediator in employee employer disputes. Build positive relationships with employees at all levels. Encourage open communication and feedback. Address employee concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Analyze the organizational structure of the business unit. Recommend changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Participate in restructuring initiatives if required.
  • Work with HR operations team to facilitate any changes in par part of a team, providing back up and coverage and sharing responsibility for the completion of tasks as required.
  • Develop and maintain sufficient knowledge of local labour laws, rules and regulations governing corporations’ human resources practices to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain and administer HR Systems (e.g. Connections) and processes to ensure overall accuracy and procedural effectiveness.
  • Leading the sales incentive design to ensure it’s cope with business needs and local practice. Simulation and analysis on sales result to ensure implementing right business strategy
  • Support/Lead benefit operations such as some well being activity to enhance employee engagement level
  • Other tasks assigned by HR leaders such as global HR projects ,etc

 

Requirements

Knowledge/Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or above with major in Human Resources Management or equivalent

Job Experience

  • At least 8 years of experience in HR with multinational company, in which minimum 3 years in a business partnering position. Experience in managing plant.

Skills

  • Self motivated with initiative and able to work independently.
  • High level of integrity.
  •  HR Knowledge In depth understanding of HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to understand the business operations, financials, and market trends. Be able to translate business needs into HR initiatives.
  • Strong advisory and influencing skills are essential, but also be hands-on as necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively with different levels of the organization, from front line employees to senior executives. Interpersonal Skills Build strong relationships with colleagues, business leaders, and employees. Be a team player and work well in a collaborative environment.
  • Problem Solving Skills Strong problem solving abilities. Be able to analyze complex situations and develop practical solutions.
