Regional Business Development Manager – Bar-Lev Site, Israel

Join MIS Implants, a global leader in dental implant solutions

Are you an experienced professional with a strong commercial mindset, distributor management skills, and a passion for driving business growth?

MIS is looking for a Regional Business Development Manager to lead our distributors, implement strategic marketing plans, and support both sales and operational excellence across multiple regions.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and support distributors in your region, ensuring alignment with MIS goals and brand standards.

  • Build and execute local strategic marketing plans for each country.

  • Support sales teams, coordinate educational and professional events, and train distributor staff.

  • Oversee order management, complaints, product availability, returns, and implant failure monitoring.

  • Serve as the key liaison between distributors and internal departments (Marketing, Sales, Marcom, R&D, Engineering).

  • Collaborate with KOLs and participate in conferences and exhibitions.

  • Drive continuous improvement in commercial operations while supporting local marketing initiatives.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in distributor management, ideally in medical devices or healthcare.

  • Strong administrative, organizational, and operational skills.

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.

  • Bachelor’s degree (advantage in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences).

  • Excellent communication skills, self-confidence, and ability to train and influence teams.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.

  • Additional languages are a plus.
