Quality & Validation Coordinator - Bar-Lev site Israel

 

MIS is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality & Validation Coordinator to join our Quality Assurance team.

The position involves implementing quality and validation processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and managing controlled documentation.

Responsibilities:

Quality Support & Documentation Management:

  • Assisting in quality improvement projects and quality-related activities throughout the year.
  • Managing controlled documents, including:
    • Maintaining and updating the document storage system.
    • Providing support and feedback to various teams within the organization regarding document updates.
    • Managing external controlled documents (e.g., standards) and handling their procurement.
  • Writing and updating quality documents as needed, under the guidance of the QA Team Leader.
  • Scanning and digitally archiving documents.
  • Data entry and reporting within computerized systems.
  • Organizing and maintaining document archives, including implant archives.
  • Supporting and leading quality-related activities as required.

Validation:

  • Assisting in planning and executing validations for processes, equipment, and products.
  • Writing validation protocols and reports to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Coordinating external lab tests, tracking results, and approving laboratory reports.
  • Maintaining and following the Validation Master Plan (VMP).
  • Supporting cleanroom monitoring tests and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Handling purchase orders related to validation, tracking progress, and ensuring timely execution.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Practical Engineering in Quality Assurance/ Biotechnology/ Chemistry/ Biology/ a relevant course or education in Quality Assurance / a related field.
  • Ability to work with digital systems.
  • Quick learning ability and independent adaptation.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Background in Quality Assurance or Validation – Advantage.
  • Good English skills.
