Quality Engineer, Bar-Lev Site, Israel

Join MIS Implants, a global leader in dental implant solutions!

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, driving quality improvements, and supporting product excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage supplier quality: qualification, ongoing monitoring, risk management, and communication with supplier QA teams.

  • Lead quality projects and implement process improvements.

  • Perform trend analysis using statistical tools to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Conduct investigations and implement CAPA processes.

  • Write and update procedures, work instructions, and quality documentation.

  • Ensure QMS alignment with regulatory requirements (ISO 13485, FDA, etc.).

  • Support internal audits (subject to certification) and external regulatory inspections.

  • Manage Post Market Surveillance (PMS) activities, including annual reporting.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Production, Supply Chain, and Corporate QA.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Industrial Engineering & Management / Quality / Biotechnology.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance (medical devices, pharma, or food industry preferred).

  • Strong understanding of QMS requirements and regulatory standards.

  • Technical knowledge: ability to read drawings and prepare technical documentation.

  • Experience with CAPA, PPAP, audits, and data analysis tools.

  • Excellent English (spoken and written).

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
