Production Planning & Control Engineer -  Bar-Lev Site, Israel

We are looking for a Production Planning & Control Engineer to join our Operations team and support production planning activities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for building production plans, managing material requirements, monitoring operational performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution and on-time delivery.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
  • Manage material planning activities using MRP systems.
  • Create and monitor production orders according to manufacturing schedules.
  • Track inventory levels, material shortages, and supply requirements.
  • Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Engineering, and Sales teams.
  • Generate and analyze operational reports and production KPIs.
  • Identify bottlenecks and support process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain data accuracy within ERP and planning systems.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

  • Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering & Management.
  • Has up to 3 years of experience in Production Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations Planning.
  • Has experience in a manufacturing environment – Advantage.
  • Demonstrates strong Excel skills.
  • Has experience working with ERP systems.
  • Has experience with MRP systems – Advantage.
  • Possesses strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Has good English communication skills.
