Methods and Organization Engineer

 

Job Purpose: Organization and methods, process improvement, and efficiency enhancement of production work.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting time measurements and data analysis to streamline production processes.

  • End-to-End Project Management: Process characterization, project implementation, and execution of production plans.

  • Work Process Improvement: Mapping and planning needs, analyzing production data, drawing conclusions, and continuous improvement control.

  • Supervision and Improvement of Production Metrics.

  • Continuous Improvement Proposals (CI): Submitting ongoing efficiency proposals and promoting processes in collaboration with operations and procurement.

  • Process Analysis: Finding solutions to problems and malfunctions through process analysis and research.

  • Collaboration with Internal and External Interfaces.

Requirements:

  • Industrial and management engineer degree – Mandatory

  • Two years of industry experience – Strong Advantage

  • Full proficiency in Excel – Mandatory
