For our manufacturing site in Badia Polesine (RO), we are looking for a:

 

Technical Writer

 

In this role, you will serve as the focal point for the creation and management of technical documentation related to our medical devices. As part of the Research & Development team and reporting to the Product Development Engineer, you will help ensure that technical information is clear, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements throughout the entire product lifecycle.

 

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, update, and organize technical documentation for medical devices in compliance with applicable regulations, with a particular focus on FDA registrations and submissions.
  • Collaborate with the R&D laboratory team to collect and formalize technical data and experimental results for the preparation of laboratory activity reports and technical documentation.
  • Work closely with different company departments to support project-related activities, with a focus on the U.S. market and Private Label customer products.
  • Ensure proper traceability, control, and archiving of all technical documentation.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a scientific field (Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, or related disciplines).
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
