For our production site in Badia Polesine, we are looking for a:

 

QA Supervisor

 

The position, reporting to the Sr. QA Manager, will be responsible for ensuring that inspection activities on materials (incoming, in‑process, and finished product) are carried out in accordance with established requirements.

 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that internal audit processes, calibration activities, complaint investigations, non‑conformity investigations, and CAPA are carried out in accordance with company standards.
  • Ensure that quality personnel are properly trained and informed about applicable procedures.
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485, MDR, and other standards related to the medical device sector.
  • Ability to balance individual and team responsibilities and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Familiarity with sampling plans (ANSI, AQL, etc.).
  • Qualification as an internal auditor.
  • Knowledge of good laboratory practices.

 

Skills

  • Experience in quality control for medical devices or similar sectors.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Preferably able to interpret mechanical drawings.
  • Basic knowledge of using calipers, microscopes, digital scales, optical comparators.
  • Understanding of ERP system functionality (SAP/AX).
  • Team‑oriented mindset.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent knowledge of Italian.
  • Knowledge of English (B2 level is sufficient).
  • Orderliness and accuracy in data recording and proper archiving.
