For Zhermack, production site located in Badia Polesine (RO) we are seeking a: 

 

Clinical Education Coordinator

 

to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of clinical training programs for healthcare professionals, internal teams, and external partners. This role ensures smooth program execution, accurate documentation, and exceptional service to enhance clinical skills, product knowledge, and patient outcomes. Close collaboration with Global Product, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate clinical education events (in-person, virtual, hybrid) including scheduling, logistics, and execution.

  • Act as the main administrative contact for faculty, participants, and internal stakeholders.

  • Maintain accurate records: attendance, evaluations, certifications, and CE credits.

  • Support creation and distribution of course materials and post-event documentation.

  • Track and manage training materials, inventory, and supplies.

  • Ensure compliance with policies in collaboration with Legal and Compliance (contracts, payments, invoices).

  • Align content with current clinical practices and product strategy in partnership with product and marketing teams.

  • Improve processes, tools, and reporting related to clinical education.

  • Gather feedback and evaluation data to drive continuous improvement.

  • Support faculty onboarding, credentialing, and contracting.

  • Manage event budgets, purchase orders, and expenses with Finance and Procurement.

  • Administer HCP Management System (HCPMS) and related tasks.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Biology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare field
  • 2 years experience in clinical education, event planning, or healthcare admin

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office; LMS or event software is a plus

  • Familiarity with medical/dental or healthcare environments preferred

  • Customer-oriented, collaborative, and proactive

  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

  • Professional, discreet, and fluent in English (additional languages a plus)

  • Willingness to travel (domestic/international about 30% of time)
